After selling the company in 1999, he worked in acquisitions and business development in the commercial construction equipment business. Ginger, Tom’s wife, joined the group in 2006. She utilizes her client development, sales and marketing experiences to incorporate innovative concepts to better serve buyers and sellers. Because of her strong home renovation background, Ginger knows what makes a house a home and often assists homeowners with remodeling consultations. Her understanding of what buyers are looking for in a new home makes her an intuitive Realtor. She also offers a unique service to sellers. As an Accredited Staging Professional®, Ginger makes an assessment of accessories and furnishing at hand and then “stages” homes to show off all their best assets. The increased buyer appeal helps homes sell faster and often, for more money.
| Kathy Jordan Realtor®, GRI Kathy, Tom’s sister, became a Realtor and joined Tom in 2004. Prior to that, she enjoyed a successful career as the General Manager of Customer Service for a five state region in the telecom industry. Among her successes during her tenure, she was responsible for standardizing and automating implementation practices, and maintaining an $8,000,000.00 revenue stream. With 19 years of detail-oriented production, leadership, and negotiating skills, Kathy ensures her clients fully understand every step of the buying or selling process. For Kathy, it’s all about you. Her excellent service and genuine concern have won the hearts of clients. Kathy is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors. She sits on one of the two Grievance Committees at MIBOR and earned her GRI degree in 2009. Not only does Kathy keep up-to-date on the trends in the real estate business, she’s on top of new technology. She carries the entire BLC (Brokers’ Listing Cooperative) with her at all times in her portable office, Tablet PC®.
