Prior to his real estate career, Tom had over 20 successful years experience in construction equipment sales and owned a large equipment business. After selling the company in 1999, he worked in acquisitions and business development in the commercial construction equipment business.

Tom has earned the reputation as one of the most trusted and top-producing Realtors in the Indianapolis area. He earned his real estate license in 2000 and his broker’s license in 2002. In 2001, he joined Re/Max at the Crossing where he quickly became one of the top producing agents in Indiana. In 2006, he ranked in the top 1% of all Indiana Re/Max agents!

Tom and his wife Ginger have renovated 18 properties which have sold quickly and turned a nice profit. From “white and tights” to full-blown remodeling projects, these experiences have resulted in a proven strategy for aggressive appreciation and maximum livability. They share these plans with their clients to help guide them in the home-buying and selling process.

Kathy Jordan     Realtor®

Kathy, Tom’s sister, became a Realtor and joined Tom in 2004. Prior to that, she enjoyed a successful career as the General Manager of Customer Service for a five state region in the telecom industry. Among her successes during her tenure, she was responsible for standardizing and automating implementation practices, and maintaining an $8,000,000.00 revenue stream.

With 19 years of detail-oriented production, leadership, and negotiating skills, Kathy ensures her clients fully understand every step of the buying or selling process. For Kathy, it’s all about you. Her excellent service and genuine concern have won the hearts of clients.

Not only does Kathy keep up-to-date on the trends in the real estate business, she’s on top of new technology. She carries the entire BLC (Brokers’ Listing Cooperative) with her at all times in her portable office, Tablet PC®. The use of this technology has given her the ability to save her clients tens of thousands of dollars while providing ‘live’ access to the market.

 

In 2007, Tom, Ginger and Kathy moved to Sycamore Group Realtors, a popular locally-owned brokerage which caters to successful, self-motivated, independent real estate agents.
